Welcome to pkrber. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkrber ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkrber website, mobile application, sports betting services, casino games and all associated features (collectively, the "Services").

pkrber is an English-language online entertainment platform developed for Pakistani users. The platform covers sports betting across cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and combat sports, as well as a comprehensive live casino suite — all displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

pkrber is operated for entertainment purposes. Online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Government of Pakistan has not licensed, approved or endorsed pkrber. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws before using the Services. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the pkrber platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other outcome offered by pkrber.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as set out in Section 8.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals or certain account actions may be processed.
• "Platform" means the pkrber website, mobile site and any associated applications through which the Services are delivered.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency used for all account balances, bets and transactions on pkrber.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available to all registered Users.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, markets and content made available through the pkrber platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 15.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether such restrictions apply to you.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently closed from pkrber or any platform operated by the same group.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and maintain that accuracy at all times.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above and that your use of the Services does not violate any law applicable to you. pkrber reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.

Each User may hold only one Account on pkrber. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any pending bets or bonus balances.

During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address and a contact number. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. pkrber is not responsible for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account details provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. pkrber will never ask for your full password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

As part of our compliance and anti-fraud obligations, pkrber requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer verification process before processing withdrawals or, in certain circumstances, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Access to and use of the pkrber platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Services only in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may access the platform to browse available sports markets and casino games, place bets on your own behalf, manage your Account settings, deposit and withdraw funds in PKR and make use of available Responsible Gambling Tools.

pkrber grants you a limited licence to access the platform for personal use. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, copy or replicate any part of the platform. Automated access by bots, scripts or third-party tools is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by pkrber.

All Account balances, bets and transactions are denominated in PKR. pkrber displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees throughout the platform. Where a payment method involves conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

All bets placed on pkrber are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, specific market rules take precedence.

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed in your Account's betting history. Until that confirmation is received, no binding bet exists. pkrber reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Live in-play markets are available on selected cricket, PSL, ICC tournament, football and UFC events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended at any moment. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided. pkrber accepts no liability for delays between live events and odds updates.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, abandonment without a result being reached, or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the User's Account balance at the original stake amount in PKR.

pkrber applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per event category. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules. pkrber reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual Users where warranted.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. pkrber supports a range of payment methods relevant to Pakistani users for contextual reference purposes. Availability of specific payment methods is confirmed at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. pkrber reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method; pkrber aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. pkrber reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal.

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkrber reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant balances as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.

pkrber may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 10x or 20x). Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically.

pkrber actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting between accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkrber reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and suspend the Account.

pkrber reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at pkrber's sole discretion and no User has an automatic entitlement to any promotional offer.

pkrber is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a suite of Responsible Gambling Tools that all registered Users may activate at any time directly from their Account settings, without the need to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrber platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the minimum required age.
• Using software, bots, algorithms or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage or to exploit pricing errors.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on pkrber.
• Using funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity to fund your Account.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using the platform in a manner inconsistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening pkrber staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors rather than reporting them to our support team.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law without disclosing this.

All content on the pkrber platform — including but not limited to the pkrber name and logo, website design, text, graphics, odds data, software, source code, game assets and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of pkrber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written authorisation from pkrber.

Third-party trade marks, logos and brand names referenced on this platform — including sporting bodies, leagues or payment service names used for contextual reference — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on pkrber does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond pkrber's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds or market data;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

pkrber's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

pkrber reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Account is subject to a regulatory, law enforcement or legal hold;
• The User has provided false information during registration or at any later stage.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to User misconduct, pkrber reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no misconduct is established, outstanding balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method after applicable fees and charges are deducted.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all pending bets are settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests are processed. Closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrber is licensed and operated. pkrber does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction outside its licensing territory, including Pakistan.

Users accessing pkrber from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable Pakistani legislation remain the responsibility of the User to understand and comply with. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and pkrber strongly recommends that Users seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a User and pkrber that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of pkrber's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable.

pkrber reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
