pkrber ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal data of every individual who visits, registers with or uses our services. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes in transparent and accessible terms how pkrber collects, uses, stores, shares and safeguards personal information in the course of operating the pkrber sports betting and casino platform.

This Policy applies to all users of the pkrber website and mobile platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering ("Visitors"). pkrber acts as the Data Controller in respect of all Personal Data collected through the platform. All data processing activities carried out by pkrber are governed by applicable data protection legislation in the jurisdiction of our operating licence.

Where pkrber engages third-party service providers to assist in delivering the platform — such as payment processing partners, identity verification providers, fraud detection vendors or analytics services — those parties act as Data Processors under binding contractual arrangements that require them to process data only on pkrber's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

pkrber collects only the Personal Data that is necessary to operate the platform, fulfil our compliance obligations and deliver a secure, personalised experience to each User. The categories of data we collect are described below.

When you create an Account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. This information is required to establish and manage your Account and to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years (or the higher minimum required by our licence jurisdiction).

As part of our KYC obligations, we collect government-issued identity documents such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence, and supporting proof of address documentation. We may also collect a selfie or other biometric confirmation solely for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of your identity documents. KYC data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

We collect transaction records including deposit amounts in PKR, withdrawal requests, bet stakes and winnings. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We share Personal Data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, including payment processing partners, identity verification agencies, fraud detection vendors, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools and analytics platforms. All such providers are bound by written data processing agreements and are permitted to use your data solely for the purposes specified by pkrber.

We may disclose Personal Data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts or other public bodies where we are required to do so by applicable law or a binding legal order. Where possible and lawful, we will notify you of such disclosure.

In fulfilment of our AML obligations, certain transaction data may be shared with financial intelligence units or specialist compliance screening services. This processing is mandatory and cannot be restricted by the User.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of pkrber's business, your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy that result from it.

You have the right to request confirmation of whether pkrber processes Personal Data about you and, if so, to obtain a copy of that data along with information about the purposes, categories, recipients and retention periods involved.

If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected or supplemented without undue delay. You may also update certain account details directly through your Account settings.

You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies, or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to overriding legal retention obligations — for example, we are required to retain KYC and financial records for prescribed regulatory periods even after Account closure.

You may request that pkrber restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or where you have objected to processing and a determination is pending.

Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data where that processing is based on legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing purposes. Where you object to marketing-related processing, we will cease that processing immediately.

Where processing is based solely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. pkrber is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to betting and casino services is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum required age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process. Where pkrber becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the minimum required age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method following investigation.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, pkrber ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authority;
• Binding corporate rules where applicable;
• Transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection by the relevant supervisory authority; or
• Your explicit consent to the transfer in specific circumstances.

Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce new categories of data collection, new processing purposes or new third-party sharing arrangements — we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending an email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the pkrber platform following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should discontinue use of the platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.
